Official VersionArticle 1: Purpose & Scope
These General Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") aim to define all rules, procedures, and terms governing access to and use of the services offered on the website NOVARA FINANCE.
Any browsing, navigation, credit simulation, or submission of a financing form on the platform implies the express, prior, full, and unreserved acceptance by the User of these Terms. If the User does not accept all or part of these terms, they are requested to immediately cease using our services.
Within the meaning of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings defined below:

- "User": Refers to any natural or legal person accessing the Platform for consultation or loan simulation purposes.

Article 2: Access to Service & Eligibility
Access to the Platform is free of charge for any User with an internet connection. All costs related to access (hardware, computers, mobile devices, web browsers, and network fees) are solely the responsibility of the User.
To submit a financing application or use our calculation tools, the User must be a major individual with full legal capacity to carry out financial management acts and enter into a loan commitment, or a legally incorporated legal entity represented by a duly authorised agent.
We employ all reasonable means to ensure continuous and secure access to the Platform 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access may be suspended, restricted, or interrupted without prior notice for maintenance, technical updates, bug fixes, or in cases of force majeure.
Article 3: Intermediation Services & Nature of Simulations
NOVARA FINANCE acts as a broker and intermediary specializing in banking transactions and payment services. The calculators and simulators provided on the Site yield an indicative estimate of monthly payments, applied interest rates, and total credit cost.
Important Warning Regarding Simulations:
Results generated by online simulators do not under any circumstances constitute a formal prior loan offer or a binding credit commitment. Only a thorough review of your complete file and supporting documents by our analysts and banking partners can lead to a definitive loan offer.
Disbursement of funds and execution of the final contract remain subject to the absolute approval of the file by the partner credit institution and the expiration of applicable statutory withdrawal periods.
Article 4: Accuracy of Information & User Commitments
The User guarantees the accuracy, sincerity, and truthfulness of all financial, personal, and professional information provided via our online forms. The User agrees not to submit false statements, misleading information, or forged documents.
The use of forged documents, identity theft, or willful omission of critical debt information constitutes fraud liable to result in immediate rejection of the application, as well as legal prosecution under relevant Criminal Code provisions.
The User is further prohibited from making automated requests (bots, scrapers, scripts) aimed at extracting or altering Platform data.
Article 5: Intellectual Property & Reserved Rights
The entire architecture, text content, graphics, illustrations, visual elements, logos, registered trademarks, databases, software, and source code composing the Platform are the exclusive and full property of NOVARA FINANCE or are legally licensed for use.
Any partial or total reproduction, representation, extraction, modification, dissemination, or reuse of Site elements by any means whatsoever without our prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Intellectual Property laws.
Article 6: Limitations of Liability & Over-Indebtedness Prevention
NOVARA FINANCE strives to publish accurate and up-to-date information. However, we cannot be held liable for omissions, inaccuracies, or delays in updating banking rates or conditions beyond our control.
We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered by the User resulting from the use of the Platform, a telecom network outage, or a loan refusal issued by a financial partner.
MANDATORY LEGAL WARNING:
A credit agreement is binding and must be repaid. Check your repayment capacity before committing. No payment of any kind may be requested from an individual before obtaining one or more money loans.
Article 7: Personal Data Protection & GDPR
The processing of your personal data when using our services is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR 2016/679) and applicable data protection legislation.

We reserve the right to adapt, expand, or modify these Terms of Use at any time to account for legislative, regulatory, or technical changes.
